Coaching and Consulting are about building a relationship to have an open conversations grounded in trust and safety.
This isn't a typical CV, resume, or About Me. No person should be reduced to one page.
Here are three things about where I am right now, though it is constantly changing.

I started my career as a police officer.
I believe in equality, equity and humanity.
My professional journey began at the police academy, after which I spent three years with Interpol. I also completed a doctorate in penal law before I took my career I moved into HR, company culture and people development.
What I do now might seem like a complete change, but all the pieces make sense when you look at my background.
The common thread throughout my work is justice and establishing a sense of equity.
My work is an example that careers don't have to be linear. Go for your calling, do what brings you closer to it.
I am a mother of two.
I’m inspired by curiosity and playfulness.
Being a mother is the most formative experience of my life and a constant source of inspiration. Children are playful, open-minded beings, discovering the world for the first time at every moment. Their boundless curiosity puts you in these situations where you have to let go of expectations.
I talk to adults for work, but it's a valuable and enriching experience to bring yourself back to a more curious, child-like mindset; it enables you to discover new things.
Be passionate and excited about what's out and in there, and openly embrace your journey.
I love and collect art.
I use art for expression and perspective.
In its various forms and mediums, art is a language, a means of expression when words fall short. My love for art extends beyond appreciation and collecting.
I use art for myself and offer it to clients, it can serve you through observing or creating. There is no right or wrong or critique in our sessions; and this sometimes unconventional approach only works for some.
Art serves as a catalyst, opening people up and offering a unique perspective on your general state of mind.
